Attend 2 sessions per month equaling 2 hours of vertical training

Service Description

Each session will include vertical and movement training, conditioning, and body mechanics overview to help reduce injuries in order create longevity in your volleyball career. Jump higher, hit harder, move faster and build lean muscle using resistance training.
